Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at salaheddine.daalous@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, if we confirm that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Since we do not accept returns, all products are considered non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue with a full refund where applicable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, this policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
